Commonly associated with Moroccan cuisine, Preserved Lemons can actually be traced back in history from Europe, America and India as a way of having lemons available year round. Raw Materials have chosen to preserve traditionally; using whole lemons that are cut into quarters, leaving the end intact. We have added no spices, thus leaving a fresh tangy aroma of pure sun kissed lemons.
These are used a lot in tagines , curries and stews. if you cant get your hands on a fresh lemon these are always handy to have on the pantry shelf.
