Description
Perfectly pickled in a light vinegar before resting in oil and herbs, these are the epitome of summer sunshine. These plump anchovies have been hand filleted and marinated in sunflower oil and vinegar to an ancient recipe. They are very delicate and light in flavour.
Serving suggestion - Make little Cornish-style pasties with white anchovies, potato, fresh peas and fennel. Beautiful with bread, torn through warm potato salad or a great additional to your next antipasto platter.
