Frantoio, a Tuscan variety is a full-bodied, hearty oil. The oil is well balanced with a good pepper finish and mid-palate bitterness. Characteristics of nuts and damp grass give way to flavours of sweet almonds with lightly bitter herbs. Serving suggestion - Frantoio oil makes a wonderful baste for fish with the addition of chopped green herbs and fresh garlic
