Raw Materials King Salmon is raised in the cool, fresh ocean waters of Stewart Island, a remote, sparsely populated island off the Southern tip of New Zealand. Strong currents from the Southern Ocean ensure the whole area is refreshed on a continuous basis.
The cool pristine waters provide a fantastic high quality Salmon and with traditional smoking and curing processes (the gravlax is cured with Vodka too!) it ensures a premium product to the consumer. King Salmon is amazingly high in Omega 3.
